Individualized integrative care

Nutrition & Physical Activity in Orlando, FL & via Telehealth

Discover behavioral, physical and nutritional principles to achieve whole-person wellness success.

A whole-person approach to everyday wellness

Nutrition and physical activity can influence energy, mood, focus, sleep, and daily routines. They are not separate from mental health. For adults living with ADHD, anxiety, or depression, small changes may feel difficult to start or maintain, especially when motivation, organization, or stress is already a challenge.

At Integrative Health & Healing, Blaine Guelde, APRN, PMHNP listens carefully and allows time for you to talk about what is happening in your life. The goal is to understand your priorities, barriers, strengths, and preferences before discussing an individualized plan. Care may include medication and non-medication techniques, with attention to your whole-person wellness.

Practical education without judgment

General nutrition education can help you notice patterns around meals, hydration, energy, and emotional well-being. Physical activity does not have to mean intense exercise. Walking, stretching, movement breaks, or another activity you enjoy may be meaningful ways to support a routine. The right starting point depends on your circumstances, abilities, interests, and comfort.

The focus is not perfection. It is learning what feels realistic, identifying obstacles, and making room for adjustments. A patient-centered conversation can help connect wellness goals with attention, mood, stress management, and daily functioning. Recommendations should be considered alongside your overall health and any guidance from your established medical clinicians.

Life coaching, accountability, and clinical care

Life coaching or an accountability relationship may offer structure, encouragement, goal setting, and reminders. These supports can be useful for building habits, but they are not a substitute for mental health evaluation or treatment. Coaching generally does not diagnose conditions, manage medication, or address clinical symptoms in the same way as psychiatric care.

Clinical care can provide space to explore ADHD, anxiety, or depression and consider both medication and non-medication approaches when appropriate. Integrative Health & Healing serves adults in Florida and Maryland, mostly through telehealth. Telehealth can make it easier to connect from a familiar setting while keeping the conversation focused on your individual needs.

A conversation shaped around you

You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan. You can begin by sharing what you hope would feel different, what has been getting in the way, and what kinds of support feel acceptable to you. Together, the conversation can clarify realistic wellness priorities and next steps without judgment or one-size-fits-all expectations.

Questions you may have

Can nutrition and movement help with ADHD, anxiety, or depression?

They may support overall well-being and daily functioning, but they are not a guaranteed treatment or replacement for individualized mental health care. Their role depends on your needs and circumstances.

Do I need an intense exercise routine?

No. Physical activity can take many forms. A suitable starting point may be gentle movement or brief activity, depending on your abilities, preferences, and overall health.

Is life coaching the same as psychiatric care?

No. Coaching may provide accountability and goal support, while psychiatric care addresses clinical concerns and may include medication and non-medication techniques.
